Good to know before you start.

Can I have a private label?

Of course. We can create your own unique private label and packaging. If you need packaging designed, we have a professional designer and offer professional packaging services as well.

What are your minimums?

We offer flexible production and delivery starting from as few as 1,200 units, so you can expand your product range or test new offerings with ease. Pricing depends on order quantity.

How long will it take to send a sample?

If there are samples in stock, we can ship them out immediately. If new samples are required, they ship within 3 business days.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If your order is a custom piece, once we start production it cannot be altered. For standard pieces, it depends on a case-by-case basis.
